We’ll explore how to lose or maintain your weight using a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approach to weight loss that incorporates meditation and a mindfulness approach. This program incorporates healthy eating approaches, meditation and Chinese self-massage with no special diet and/or beginning or changing current physical exercise required.
The current frustration of rapidly changes recommendations for healthy eating and living will be addressed by considering how our approaches to health is being modified by tried and true strategies, innovation and technological advances.
